Please Don’t Feed The Daisy by Beverly West and Jason Bergund

Beverly’s life changed the moment Jason moved in with her.  Daisy, a Chihuahua was adopted by them one evening while they went for dinner.  It wasn’t planned and from then on, life happens.  First it was Daisy then Elvis, the pug after which they got little Buddha, Bert, Betty and Busta Pughuahua or Chihuapug puppies if you will.

The story is pretty normal but what sets the book apart from the other dog memoir is that the author puts in recipes in between the pages.  And at the end of the book, she shares with her readers a diet plan Daisy underwent to shed those pounds.  So if you have an obese dog, this is a good book to get for the diet plan if not, I would not get it just for a read.
