Books for gurlz

Now the reason it's stated as such and not in chic lit as I believe chic lit is sorta like a drama for modern day ladies. Here it's books for girls that can be from any form.

Another excellent book for young adult girls. But this is more like a chick lit with some paranormal touch to it. A book titled 'Twenties Girl' by Sophie Kensella. A very good read, it kept me glued and wanting more. It's a stand alone novel. Highly recommended.

I wish to bring up a trilogy which I find excellent. I hunted this book and bought it in Singapore last year. But now if I wasn't mistaken can be found here. It's A great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray. (Rebel Angel and the Sweet Far Thing comes later). Basically it's about Gemma Doyle who lost her mother (Murdered) and then her father (A drunk not dead). She grew up in India but was forced to go back to England boarding school for proper lady school. You know those days where they gotta learn how to be lady like and such. Long story short she discover that she's holds magic to enter a different realm which apparently you can have whatever you want...even her dead mum. But not allowed to eat. there's always bad guys too who wants it. The story in enchanting and funny to read. I really enjoy it. Read some reviews and see if you enjoy it too.
